My house is pink with a green roof . I use electricity from renewable sources:solar panels and wind turbines. I have my house fully insulated: the walls and roof are filled with insulation. I moderate the use of the heating : the heating is tumed down low, the windows are closed and my family is wearing warm clothes. I have got hybrid car and brikes: outdise this padis a low carbon, hybrid car. I recycle as much as possible: if it canbe recycled it is, paper, glass,metal,kitchen, waste... I dry clothes outside on a washing line. I grow sowe of my own food:Vegetables are grown in the garden, wich means they don´t need to be transported from the fam to the shops. I take only shower: using a moderate amount of water.I uso energy-efficennt light bulbs.I turn off all electrical items when they are notin use.I wash up by hand. My house is green and confortable.
